I’ve been designing, writing, and building training programs for 13+ years now. And I’d like to think that I know a thing or two about using them to help athletes achieve goals.

But in all these years, I’ve never really taken the time to dive-in and breakdown what the difference is between a world-class program that maximizes performance and one that fails you.

Unlike most training companies out there… I’ve always stayed true to 100% custom training programs, and never providing generic or template training programs.

Here’s the basic framework at the core of my custom training methodology.

  • Assess: The first thing to do is assess the individual or team.
  • Identify: Get clear on what you did and didn’t do well.
  • Bullseye: Clearly pinpoint your ideal outcomes. 
  • Design: Start creating the plan to get you there.
  • Track: Track and monitor your progress.

You can apply this methodology to any area of your life.
